Development Goals: Through three to five years of experimental reforms, GDFTZ will build itself into a law-based, market-oriented and internationalized business environment, establish a new and open economic system, realize in-depth economic integration between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and form a new competitive edge in international economic cooperation. The FTZ will strive to meet international standards by building up a well-developed legal system, implementing convenient investment and trade procedures, representing a dynamic driving force in the area while ensuring safe and efficient regulation.
